Stoners true colours show thru' when he's not on top dont they. Most riders take it in their stride when all's not going to plan, Casey seems to chuck his teddy out the pram, stomping about, kicking out at Loris etc...etc . Come on Stoner

Well tommorow is an other day, if he settles around position 5 it's ok by me.. Common Casey you are my hero..
So the guy is human and shows his frustration when Capirossi did a stupid thing. You perfect Jeff? This is always the least favorable track for Ducati so the result tomorrow will tell us a lot. To have any chance this season, Rossi will have to win or at least come 2nd, and Stoner finish 6th or below. Otherwise this is a three way battle between Stoner, Pedrosa and Lorenzo for 2008.

Loris did a stupid thing did he,,been watching this for nearly 30 years. Someone is gonna get in the way of someone else now and then, it happens, and it always has. Cant ever remember seeing Spencer, Lawson, Gardner reacting like that.

If you look back at last year Stoner did that sort of thing alot, the guy thinks he owns the friggin track, he uses it as an excuse, oh Capirossi screwed my lap for me is probrably what he will be saying.
And yes the guy is human and like we are all seeing, when he dont have a big advantage he struggles.
As for rossi winning here or coming second, I beleive it's more likely that we will see such a result, this will be the case in alot of races this year.
My prediction for tomorrow is 1st Rossi, 2nd Lorenzo, 3rd Pedroza.
Like i said, he ain't gonna win them all, he should just take it on the chin. A little bit more gentleman like respect for other riders would be good as well.
I'll agree with you there NT. Think people enjoy seeing Rossi win, not sure i can say the same about Stoner.

Who knows. Stoner was probably going to make up a second to take pole using his "nitro-injection". If it wasn't for Loris he would have crossed the line with 400 km/h before opening his brake parachute.
Strange that many here never saw Stoner like he really is. I've seen his nerves playing up a few times, especially at the end of last year. I have the impression he's boiling inside and sometimes he let's off pressure. He's still a kid so he'll cool down.
Worse, it really shows what Ducati is depending on; Stoner. They better make sure that they get this bike sorted, so others than Stoner can ride it. I mean for their own reputation they might as well have only Stoner on the grid.

I'll enjoy Rossi win for you AND at the same time think about you and your stupid anti-blah post when he does.

So what was good about Casey doing a Doohan all last season, we want more of the close racing we saw at Qatar
Ducati really need to dig up their junkyard and find the old Barros's 2007 parts and configurations and then make duplicates for the other 3 riders. Stoner's configurations definitely unique on it's own. when it's doesn't work, it goes bad to the other 3 riders.
Even better if Ducati able to find Gibernau's 2006 Motegi test configuration for the GP7. These probably working for the other 3 Ducati riders based on Hoffman/Barros 2007 race finished positions in early season.

Maybe they should dig up Barros too (and give him some room)...
Thats right Zydon. They have to find something for the other 3 or it just adds fuel to the fire that casey REALLY is something else. All the casey is a childish t0sspot comes from all his kiss and tell no.46 crew on this thread. Have you been watching the race pace during the qualifying? Casey always runs a better pace than Q time runs and rossi gets his chassis to screw his tyres before race end as he has to get to the front scrubbing out his tyres along the way to then go backwards just like a Johnny Hopper. And NO, Im no Casey fan as I admire all on the grid. Its just time to realise that the sport is more exiting with rossi on the probability of NO win rather than an expected one.

his time Stoner has not been fast all through practice. Lorenzo has.

I would say CS is not the only one frustrated at Jerez. Looking at session times JL seems the only one consistently fast. If he gets in front from the start daylight may be second.
Other than JL it should be a good race.
What a difference a year makes tyre wise. BS would now by under pressure to match the new bar set by Michelin or will we see BS come good as the weather warms up.
I suspect we will see a year where every point will be critical in the WC.

Stoner can still win and I think that Lorenzo will easily beat rossi again simply because he is better.

Michelins wheren't bad in the first few races last year either...
Thats right Kees. only rossi and casey are front runners in the race with bridgestones so the michelins arent as bad as some would think. This track is a bogey track for casey as last year he didnt run into the sunset. but the race is where the results count and if we are to believe all the electronics make the Ducati what it is then casey should have nothing to worry about bar turning it in for first corner with the repsol pocket bike snapping at his front wheel spindle
