So the Ducati's electronics on Stoners bike is that advanced it shoots off a magnetic field under his bike so it sticks to the race track in wet conditions!!

Were the weather conditions there wet or patchy? Looking at the varied lap times I guess it would have been really tricky conditions.
Anyone know what the weather will be like tommorrow for the race?

Go Stoner, give em hell!!

Wow cool ! The exiciting just began ! Look like B tyre dominating this track ? top 5 is B Tyre, only Hayden is in between B Tyre racers. Hope tomorrow wl change, otherwise it wl b Rossi and Stoner only.

They are about 10 seconds off the pace, so im guessing it was damp and drying but not pouring down.

shame to see tech 3 down the pile, hopefully they'll get the pneumatic valves sorted for sunday - although i dont think the drying track will help them setup a bike they've not ridden!!

think its vale's/stoners race already, but dani could come from nowhere like usual! just hope its a dry race

chu chu I am just sick of morons who say Stoners pace is ALL because of the bike and its magical electronics and nothing
to do with his talent.
And I think the responses from most Casey supporters are just sick of the constant bagging he gets from this site.

I just enjoy all the motogp and WSBk racing and their riders, some I like better than others.

track was very damp ... just take a look at the times for the 250 s almost 4 seconds quicker ... Also in wet conditions the Aussies are always lethal .. Thats why pedrosa was so damn slow .. and lorenzo aswell(the spanish have no idea how to ride in the wet ...) .. if it is dry this afternoon we should see the real times coming out .. but i think Casey and Rossi will be at the top ..

Thanks Stimpy.

The Kawasaki's were the fastest down the straight, they are normally the slowest!

Don't think it'll dry very much this afternoon. It's pretty overcast here at the moment, but the wind may help.

I dont think so Andrew as last year Stoner on Bridgestone came third and he had a problem with the Bike ... I think the Bridgestones and Michies will share the top ten .. Did the Kwasakis use their new screamer in this session ??? Melandri still hasnt got the duc sorted out ... :( .. Also the tech 3s very disapointing .. but early days yet ...

im just repeating what i remember from the press tho. im thinking it was mainly cause mich was 1st n 2nd and there was a long straight which everyone thought would be a shoe in for duc's n b/stone.

Stimpy....I was reading a article on Marco and they are saying that they look like they will have to change the way the Ducati delivers its power so it is easier for him to ride.
I am sure the Kwakas have the screamer engine in.

Chu, while Australia has some fantastic gifted sports stars, I cant handle their arrogant attitude about it. Casey is, however, humble in his achievements which I like ... but his fans hav that typical arrogant Aussie fan attitude so he gets painted with the same brush unfortunately.

Losing with respect & grace is one thing, but winning with the same qualities is even better ... for fans & sports stars.
