Bernie Ecclestone has questioned the rationale behind Michael Schumacher's increasing outings on two wheels, suggesting the German racing legend is risking ‘getting himself seriously injured'.
There are 3 sports in the world, BIKE RACING,MOUNTAIN CLIMBING & BULL FIGHTING the rest are just games played by over payed stars.

Goodness me. How hard is it to understand? At least you aren't trapped INSIDE your vehicle if anything happens. Usually you're of before it hits anything solid or catches fire. And IF you crash, chances are pretty big you end up with only some bruises or some minor fractures at most. Hey, getting TO the circuit is more dangerous than actually being ON it.
Let Bernie happily destroy F1 with his 'safety' features and stop whining over the real motorised racing. Geez.

er......bull fighting is not a sport it's a type of sadistic torture.....never a fan of Shuey's really, but you gotta admit the boy's got talent. If he wants to race bikes it's his choice!

Was it even worth him opening his gob. Bernie, it took him 13 years but Shuz has finally realised bikes are far more exciting than the bore-boxes in F1. I used to love F1 in the 80's...I now switch it off.

Ecclestone is so worried about F1 attendance and popularity that he gets annoyed because his former driver-idol now rides a bike, giving credit to a sport competitive to F1. It's the young souls he wants to conquer and this does not do him any favors.
His ridiculous comment made me so, so glad, opening us a clear window into his worries about the ever-crumbling F1 popularity...
EJL666, heres a sport for ya, Me and Silverstone chase you round with spears for a while until you are on your on your last breath then we'll see! Bullsh1t!

Bernie... what are you saying. I think you are jealous, that your star player has turned to the dark side. What makes me angry by his comment is that he owned 500cc racing in the 80's before buying into F1. I've always liked Schuey so it's nice to see him on M'bike - a really talent.

Why risk injury????? says it all really, stick to your girly cage racing berinie and let the men race bikes.
What a pointless comment by someone who should know better. I agree with Jack, Bernie is just plssd cos it doesnt do F1 any favours. So what, Schuey can do whatever he wants, F1 doesnt own him any more and what a mid life crisis to have eh guys
For me, I have more and more respect for Schuy when I see him going hard on a bike. I think he's discovered something even more thrilling than an F1 drive, good on him and go hard Schuy!

Ecclestone needs to stop being an old foggie! The man is a millionaire and founda a hobby that he enjoys. What is he supposed to do now that he's retired?
