that's really bad..hope he recovers in time..am afraid that he might try and act like a hero and race inspite of not being fully fit and worsen the injury...its easy to say but difficult to do but he has to think of the long run...

hmm interesting assesment on the injuries undertaken.."broken a ligament" thats clinically impossible, its not a bone! you can only tear it, or actually sever it which is obviously worse and you would definitly need surgery to fix that - i tore my acl and needed two surgeries and a titanium pin to hold it back together. I find it hard to believe that happened to any great severity because if it had it would result in a ankle twice its size with swelling which would immobilise it making shifting gear very, very difficult.

I truly hope lorenzo gets well soon because the start of the chaqmpionship was so exciting!! why does this have to happen :( finally the 800 gets interesting and immediately it sees 1 of its top riders crashing and breaking things :(

Anyway im still happy we have VR, Dani and CS to create some fine battles but man, jorge is such a piece of gold for the class! to watch the 800 itself going over the track is plain boring to me compared to the old 990cc beasts so the last thing we need is class domination again... hope they ban all riders aids next year so we can see much more slides and auto wheelies again.

Don't get fooled gentlemen, coming 4th while having sustained such injuries only two days ago means full ability to fight for the win in two weeks time. Lorenzo is an iron-eater as he proved. Unless Casey is right and is all a mockery, a head game to make the others wonder, although I strongly doubt it.
