"This is the right time to enter the market and India is set to become an important destination for premium bikes," said Ducati CEO Gabriele Del Torchio, as the Italian manufacturer introduced its range of exotic motorcycles to India.
What would be nice is some of you fools getting a knowledge on MotoGP and admit your predjiduces to yourselves in privte then processing them and coming back with something descent to write on here.

Great to see some new countries being added to the list, sad that Turkey got the chop as it is quite a nice track as well.
am from india.. and i have no doubt that an indiagp will be massive hit here, just like in europe.
it wont be like chinese gp. valentino rossi has huge fan base here. so people will turn out for sure atleast to see him. thats 100% . dont know how things will be when valentino leaves motogp.

One in Scandinavia would be great, there's heaps of fans there too. Why not Finland, home of Mika Kallio. It used to be Tampere and Imatra,
it would be great news for moto gp and racing fans in general.uncle bernie seems to hold sway with is f1 rubbish.so give the masses what they want proper racing first hand.
Do you think Vermeulen would win if it was in the monsoon season?. Would we get an Enfield on the podium?

Motogp needs to be in more than 2 states of the good ole US of A period. We are the big money. We are where the Bike and Tyre Manufacturers HAVE to be to sell their products. We carry the world on our US dollar spending. Nowhere in the world but the USA does a Family have a car a van a SUV a motorcycle and a couple bicycles, and then me turn around and get new ones every 5 years. So Motogp, if you want to stay in business with Rossi set to retire in a couple years. We are the hen that will hatch you your golden next!!!!
Err...remember your Geography lessons....the USA have East Coast then millions of miles of inland then West Coast.....hurricane gathers its' strength over water...:-)))...We can put it in um...Las Vegas. Bet Casey would unwind, lighten up a little there...

You could make it a night streetrace in Las Vegas, no need for extra lighting then
Anyone out at night in Vegas has his or her concentration very, very, focused on stuff .....He He He...Sorry, but attendance for the race might be down at night.

Well, that's the only true reason for night races: a cover up for low attendance figures.
I cant imagine this honestly ever happening unless they can some how incorporate 20/20 rules and give bonus points for hitting a 6 every lap.... really wheres the market in India? might as well race in Somalia.
What happened to South Africa? the Kyalami circuit and race used to be brilliant back in the day.....
I'd love to see a MotoGP race come to Canada, but I doubt it will ever happen.. though the fact that there's a race at Laguna makes up for it, seeing the bikes through the corkscrew is crazy. It's just too bad its so far away, over 4500 kms from here.

Ah yes the Great White North and home of mighty "never say die" Miguel.....Yeah would be good to see an event there for sure! dont know where though, do you guys have any suitable circuits? Maybe you could carve an ice track out on lake Ontario around the 1000 islands or a few laps on the frozen Rideu canal in winter would sort out the talent.. I spent more than a few weekends at Shannonville attending the national road racing meetings there back in 2000-05 while living in Belleville. Some of those Canadians riders are damn tough road racers... also went on some awesome rides up through Algonquin Park and southern Quebec, great memories......
