Good to see Paul d Resta on pole. and Ralf almost made it into the top ten, still got out qualified by Jamie green in the older car though. Why doesn't Ralf admit that he's a lousy driver and quit?

have just got back from brands and was very surprised to see you could not access large parts of the circuit mainly druids and southbank and the support paddock were you had to pay £12 even on a saturday so just to warn people if you want to meet the drivers tomorrow and mr Hamilton it will cost you extra the event is certainly not fan friendly !! plus the support races are very poor! give me bsb and the btcc anyday they know how to look after fans as for the dtm i wont bother i dont like being mugged!!!!

Krm16 - You do need a ticket to get in Paddock but everywhere else is open and free - I didn't have a paddock ticket and still went to all the usual spots - Druids etc. It was only £15 to get in today and I thought it was well worth it. The DTM cars are something else and make the BTCC cars look positively arthritic!
