i am puzzled as to why only the audis had tyre problems. have they more downforce and are overloading the tyres? but it is also noticable that timo was very close to the mercs at the end, despite having a puncture, so i reckon that he would have easily been the winner, if there were no problems. it is pity that the race was spoilt by punctures.

Richard, he was close to the Merc's at the end because they slowed quite dramatically - because of the tyre issues Audi were having.

Best DTM race I've seen for a while, those last couple of laps were mental!
