Nico Rosberg says after Pascal Wehrlein has strongly supported Mercedes in Formula 1 it is time to repay the favour by getting behind him for his charge at a maiden DTM title.

The Mercedes F1 test driver heads into the final round of the 2015 DTM championship with a 37-point cushion at the top of the drivers' standings and looks set to secure a first title with the German manufacturer.

Wehrlein has stepped in for Rosberg and his team-mate Lewis Hamilton at various F1 tests since joining the team in 2014 and the Formula 1 driver has paid tribute to the 20-year-old ahead of the DTM season finale at Hockenheim next weekend (17-18 October).
