About time! Seb fully deserves to be in the seat.

He didn't do that well in his first year of Champ Car, but really took off his second year. I fully expect him to have a good sophomore season in F1. He is a very talented driver, and should like being back on slick tires.

Congrats Seb, and way to go to STR for FINALLY making the proper decision.

I watched Bourdais in F3000 and his success there and in Champ Car where he was totally dominant was no fluke.
STR have made the correct choice here. Towards the end of the season he was getting used to the car and taking it to Vettel.
IMO Vettel is overrated at this time. I also think that it was best for Vettel to move off to the senior team because I am almost certain that his stock would have fallen this year with Bourdais taking it to him.

Wonderful news! The tires and car should really come to him quite quickly this year. Time for him to do the pushing around!
