Massa has just gone up in my estimation, an F1 driver telling it as it is, well done

Crikey,

Never seen 2 Ferrari drivers ever critisise F1's management so much on record before.

Good indicator about the current state of F1.

Fair plays to them.

A mess? Understatement of the year. Bernies face is on all the F1 site headlines pages every day...
So much crud written in the last month, it's depressing. Why oh why is the season starting so late this year? Hope it goes back to early March next year! Bring on the racing and enough with Bernies mug on every page!

The point of any scoring system is to show the best driver wins, consistent drivers and not winners spoil championships. The main problem is that a breakdown or crash can ruin the results so with so many races in the calender all drivers should be allowed to discard
his 2 worst results

Ferrari should leave Formula One for a while. Go into prototype Le Mans cars. Then come back when there is consistency and sanity to the rules, including more equitable distribution of money to the teams. (Yes, I know Ferrari gets more money if they win the championship.)

Well done Felipe for telling it how it is. As for (Motorsport Fan) please don't give Bernie any more daft ideas, dropped points only confuses the fans and we are well rid of it.

Agree with Massa here...

On the points system:one thing that really worked for modelcar racing world is that also award a single point for Pole Position, and boy did the qualifying round got more exciting... you dont even need to give an extra point to the winner, keep that teh same as it is now, becasue racers will fight for both pole and race win which will give them the equivalant of the extra point. wish they would just open their eyes.

I completely agree with Massa, what has F1 become?! I have said this many times before, but ever since 1997 F1 has become progressively worse and now we are at breaking point. As unlikely as it is, I hope members of the FIA read some of these comments and realise that it is time for a serious wake up call

finally the drivers start noticing, F1 has been on a downward spiral for years now. Its getting like a soap on T.V. now with all the bickerin and drama. Give the fans something to watch instead of just creatin negative publicity for the sport. What we have to look at here is the fact the FIA chuck fines at people for bringing the sport into disrepute when its quite clear whos putting the sport into disrepute.
Thanks max and bernie.
