reading this, it seems that kubica expected seb to brake hard and let him past! i would have thought that as seb was on racing line, then kubica should have held back and passed him on the straight. but thats f1 at present!

he will learn from the mistakes he is still only a young driver the same as kubica is for me it was a 50/50 blame situation

I think like brundle said it was a racing incident with both drivers not wanting to yield to the other,

Cannot help thinking that Vettel has kind of talked himself into the penalty he has got with all the apologising and saying sorry, like EJ said you would never have seen MS doing that,

Talk about make life easy for the stewards,

when Vettel said to radio that he was an idiot and apologized to his team i felt sorry for him because he is a talented young driver that had a bad moment!Although his mistake was fatal for him and Kubica(another excellent driver)it shows his determination to fight under any condition! He needs time because only time brings experience!I think he has a huge potential!!!

This is what Bernie wanted, drivers going for the overtake to try and win rather than just sit behind collecting points. Then the stewards deem it punishable.

Nice to see everyone's on the same page here!

This young guy is a real class act in and out of the car.

It's big of Vettel to shoulder the blame for the crash, but he's being too hard on himself. It was as much Kubica's fault as it was Vettels - a real 50 - 50 racing incident.

Don't sweat it Seb - chalk it down to experience and look toward Malaysia.

And so it starts. These penalties could ruin a great season in the making. Looking at it, I agree with others, it was 50-50. Harsh penalty.

Neither one is ready to run at the front consistently. It will take time for drivers used to runnng near the back to come to grips with running up front. Not their fault as they are used to running mid pack. It will take Vettel a while before he can handle the pressure of running up front.

The one change F1 needed for this year was to get the stewards out of the races. It was a racing incident. No need for any penalties. I can see we're in for another great year with the only negative being the stewards imposing their idiocy on the racing. So there's hope for Ferrari!!!
