@ JJ "Shame really. I had expect differently from Red Bull. Then again, with people like H Marko etc hanging around, maybe not. "

Never a truer word spoken my friend, you wonder what Red Bull as a brand and as a team could have achieved without the 'help' of so called experts like Marko. Anyone remember his F3000 team? highest staff turnover of any team I can recall at the time. Says a lot.

I for one didn't think Vettel would be the main opponent for Button. Last year he was outqualified by Bourdais of all people. In Q1 and Q2 he was also slower than Webber (albeit, only just in Q2, but Webber did only one run as mentioned).

Vettel is undoubtedly a very good driver, but the hype surpasses his talent. This race, Red Bull had better focussed on Webber since he is just quicker round this track, but as Horner said himself, Vettel gets special treatment. He says he learned from the MS days, it's the way to win championships.

Shame really. I had expect differently from Red Bull. Then again, with people like H Marko etc hanging around, maybe not.

I also thought Barichello would beat Button this time, if the team would allow it, but I have to say, a very impressive lap from Button in Q3 today. In the end he ran a little wide at I think piscine, but otherwise a great lap.

Raikkonen was absolutely flying as well. Finally a performance again that reminds me he really is probably the fastest driver on the grid in terms of raw speed.

Surely the team should have known that traffic is always a possibility for qualifying in Monaco.

The 'slower' F1 drivers like this should be forced to re-apply for their super-licence every 3 months or so LOL

Traffic will be worse next year with 26 cars on the grid. I think this qualifying method wont work next year and there will be calls for it to be changed.

just give them an hour with a max of 25 laps to qualy in. which would allow not stop action. pretty simple lol.

it will have to change next year anyway cos they will all be starting with a full race of fuel
