Mutton definitely has made F1 more boring than ever with his questionable wins.

Well done Jenny B*tthole and Yawn GP.

F1 » POLL: Has Button/Brawn dominance made F1 boring?

With six victories from the first seven grands prix and seemingly no consistent or credible challengers, Jenson Button and Brawn GP are rapidly turning the 2009 F1 season into a one-horse race - but are they also making it boring? Have your say here...

No more boring than it ever was. Logically, watching 20 vehicles drive round the same piece of road for an hour and a bit is inherantly boring unless there is a) a crash b) an overtake or c) a reason to be partisan. In the absence of a) (emasculated circuits, too few cars) and b) (inherant design of the cars, lack of Paul Tracy/Andrea De Cesaris) my only interest is c) so as a Brit I have had two and a half OK years with first LH and now JB. God knows how the French feel...

Yes it is quite a bore. But is it really any different from ferraris 2000-04 dominace. And then renault in 05-06. This early on in the new rules is too early to see the overall effect of the new rules. However they keep changing the rules and there will be this type of racing for some time to come. Racing should be divers against drivers on the track, not whoever has the best car wins. We should outfit all the teams with Brawn cars and there would be different winners almost every race. Now that would be entertainment. Just keep the teams liveries.

Jensen has stood by the same team for years and now they are winning he deserves it more than other drivers who go where the money is. Go Jensen!

An underdog team with an underdog driver - doesn't sound boring to me. Shumy did it year after year after year with a top team.

If this is still going on next year, that will be boring. For now, let him have his glory, and let the other teams realize they screwed up and need to catch up.

F1 was boring already. Not Buttons fault. I thinks it is great to see the underdog Brawn team with Button at the helm kick the a***s of the big name, big money teams :)

Here is something I just don't get it, 64% says the F1 is NOT boring? I thought for sure while we all were watching the same races, it will be boring for anyone fan of racing, but I guess JB fans or other extra racing facts are the rule, so bad, then it will never change anyway the rule in F1 has been booring. I ll watch Motogp

It's simple and has been mooted before. wWhat we need is 20 races per year with 20 Drivers and the 20 car grid and the teams we have now. Then each driver has to drive each car once throughout the year - that way the drivers can't blame the car at the end of the year 'cos it'd be the same for everyone at some point. We would have a Drivers World Championship in which the DRIVER can make more of an impact "good drivers with bad cars" Sennaesque type scenario. And we would still have a Constructors Championship of which the constructor who builds the best car should still triumph. At least we could see how drivers compare using the same pieces of kit. It's not gonna happen but would be fun

Now, I don't think its made F1 boring. If it continues into next year with no one to successfully challenge, then yes it will make it boring.

So..... here's an idea.... if all drivers drive all the cars, some cars will perform better on different circuits, thus giving the driver who has that particular car an advantage for that weekend, so your idea has flaws and not just the one i've highlighted.
Sorry to be negative, or have i missunderstood your comment?

To heres an idea : Ever heard of Indycar or A1GP ? Those are true drivers championships.
Personally i kinda hope F1 folds and the teams put their support behind A1GP, now that would be awesome, Mclaren Team New Zealand :P
