Bernie's no dummy. He knows if F1 doesn't race at Silverstone FOTA will. So now, he's gonna run around like a headless chicken sigining up the 'traditional' F1 tracks ( with exclusivity clauses of course) so FOTA cannot race on them.

If F1 exlusive contracts mean we may see FOTA racing at Brands Hatch/Donington, Kyalami, A1 ring, Jerez, Mexico City, Hockenheim etc then bring them on!

The reason most of these circuits were deserted by F1 was probably more down to them not being willing to pay the ridiculous amounts of money demanded by Bernie, than anything else.

The more change the better!

I read somewhere that Bernie has also been talking to Canada about bringing them back too. He knows which way the tide is running and is trying to tie himself to the tracks where GPs should be run. Whether that is an F1 GP or a FOTA Championship GP remains to be seen.

OMFG, Bernie being nice ?

He really must be in trouble, or has just had this cunning plan a-la-Baldrick to use this morsel of good news to distract away from all the bad.

Reading this, I wonder if he actually can cut off Max and side with the teams, this smacks of Gordon "the Moron" Browns recent laughable attempts to connect with the British Public.

"There are more comercial people involved" ...

I'm really sorry to the people that work in that field, but i have to say, that comment made my blood boil in anger

little haystacks is as demented as mosley. he has repeated time and time again, that no matter what, the gp would NOT return to silverstone. then last week he extended doningtons contract to 17 years!. now he is implying that it could go back to silverstone. i wonder if this is because fota would probably hold their gp there, and eccles cake has decided that he wants to be involved, no matter what happens.
