OK, lets look at everything Max has said since this conflict began. The truth is he is not interested in yielding, not a bit. He is bending under pressure, true. But he is not cracking. As soon as he feels stronger he'll turn around and carry on with his authoritarian leadership.
The bottom line is he cannot be trusted. FOTA will do a grave mistake if they dignify him with negotiations, leave alone any kind if agreements.

FIA President Max Mosley has backtracked on his menace to launch legal action against the FOTA dissenters - and hints that a resolution to F1's destructive civil war is now 'very, very close'.

Better come to your senses real quick Max Mosley or you'll forever be known as the man that destroyed the Formula 1 now please just get out of the way you've done enough damage to the sport already with all your stupid rules.

Only resolution is for Max to step down and now. While he's at it make sure Bernie follows him out the door.

Without Ferrari, McLaren-Mercedes, BMW-Sauber, Toyota, Renault, Red Bull Racing, Scuderia Toro Rosso and current F1 World Championship leaders Brawn GP, you simply have no Formula 1, Max Mosley, are you too daft to see that?

Max is starting to see sense...
Drop the threat of legal action... (Not much chance of winning that anyway)
Try to negotiate with the teams ... (no F1 without them)
And then when they have signed for another five years I have them where I want them...

I hope they don't talk to him.

Guess who shot his mouth off before consulting the FIA lawyers ...

& guess what - those lawyers came back & told him he's fooked ...

You better believe FOTA know that, & that they now have a firm grip on his 'short & curlies'.

Racing venues under FOTA: I heard today that they are considering the classic tracks instead of Bernie's Disneyland tracks. They mentioned Indy, Montreal, Mexico, Argentina...none of the stupid middle eastern tracks. I love the classic tracks....the new F1 is going to be so much better without Max and Bernie! Viva FOTA!
