I would vote Brands Hatch if I didn't think Bernie would want it butchered beyond all recognition to pander to the elites ponce's in the paddock.

The track could go along Union Street (start/finish straight), up Albyn Place, along Queen's Road, up Anderson Drive, along Great Northern Road, have a complex section around Schoolhill, up onto Broad Street then left onto Union Street. Might have to sort the potholes first.
