Max, please, give up. Get out with what little dignity you have remaining ( if any ). Youve had your time and made your money. Go. Now and quietly, and leave the sport to recover some of its own dignity.

Its time for all race fans to stand up and be counted. I for one, will not watch, live or on TV, another F1 race until the sport sorts itself out. I wont do much good on my own, but imagine ifeven half the people who watch did the same.

Lets do it, eh?

Someone (sorry, forgot your name & whereabouts of your post) on here was right when they said we should email FOTA and tell them we are behind them for a new FOTA Race Series. Enough emails and they just might get the courage to break free. They were only a day away from doing it on thusday and intending to do it then. So a bit of backbone from them, and support from us and who knows!

I've emailed them, so if you want a Fota series, give'em an email. :)

Perhaps Mr. Mosley has become overly tired, and in need of a long rest. While he is away, maybe someone else could look after things. It seems odd that a person, of such great ability, can be so confused as to try and make everyone so angry. Great leaders lead where most want them to go. To do otherwise, will not be to anyone's advantage.

The teams may have made a big mistake by agreeing terms with the FIA. Ever since I have followed F1 (30 years) there has been a conflict of interests but what has happened in the last two years has been nothing short of intense mobbing by the FIA and Max in particuar against the teams. If they had the balls to make the break now, they would secure a genuinely great future for F1. I wouldn't be surprised if Max prolongs all this bitching until it's too late for the teams to set up a new championship and then scupper the deal they have just agreed. You can't help get the feeling that he has simply become bitter and vindictive. If he stays in office, the teams will for ever be hounded by him.
