Max, please, give up. Get out with what little dignity you have remaining ( if any ). Youve had your time and made your money. Go. Now and quietly, and leave the sport to recover some of its own dignity.

There is a simple way round this. Luca Di Montezemolo simply makes an false apology and Mosley shuts-up and disappears. Once Mosley goes and there is no chance of him coming back Di Montezemola admits he didn't mean the apology. Simples.

Most of all, I am confused as to why Mosley can call FOTA "loonies" and they can't call him a dictator. This is truely the work of a dictator.

FOTA'S successful coup resulted in victory and MM'S head.
MM wrote a letter to FERRARI'S LDM demanding an apology but LDM instead issued a compliment by tanking MM for his decision to leave the FIA.
Solid F1 fans have nothing to worry about,as long as the teams stay united they will win anything that comes thier way

So there we have it,conclusive proof that MM and BE change like the wind, how can you deal with that? I can't see a way out of this sorry mess and, like others,I just wish FOTA would break away and sort the job for good,(but tell Montezuma's revenge to engage brain before opening mouth) This is getting too ridiculous for words! Oh well,MotoGP tomorrow,at least I have SOMETHING to look forward to.

Will Mad Max issue a public apology to the teams for branding them loonies? Thought not, the best they'll get is... well i didn't really mean it! The bloke's hell bent on power, a sure sign of a dictator i think, why he can't just go gracefully (yeah right) for the good of the sport he professes to love is beyond me, guess his ego is just more important to him, what a grade A ar5ehole

Mosley is a red herring. The problems are much deeper than one man. In fact the issues with Bernie are far more serious. The teams claim he is cheating them financially. Fans suffer with traditional races like the French and Canadian Grand Prix lost to be replaced by whichever human rights abusing third world dictatorship comes up with enough money to host a race. Getting rid of Mosley won't prevent the fiasco of Spa last year from happening again. The problems and corruption in F1 are far more serious than just Max Mosley. A breakaway is the only way to clean it up.

tchan--you ripped me off bro with the crybaby comment. Not fair on a thread so come up with your own stuff. And yes I think you are all behaving like crybabys instead of focusing on racing. So wine and cry for yet another British Man to run F1. The current has become such a great ambasssdor to the sport. Bunch of disgrunted Brits with no solutions, sound like politicans running for office with no chance of affecting the outcome. EXCUSE ME WHILE I KISS THE SKY. bye for now
