They used to battle because they were not team mates. So why cant you battle your team mate. why should he roll over and let him past. He could not keep up. He lost the title that day and also his credibilty. Not allowing your rookie team mate to have a finle crack at pole. Is that the behaviour of a great champ

Cause it was Quali and not the race, to maximise Fernando's Strategy the team asked Lewis to move over, which he did.............. only after a argument with his team bosses


also correct me if im wrong but isnt there a rule which says that you cant battle, wheel to wheel with another car in practice and Quali?

Did anyone call you by name 229. Do you really think it was because of lewis that Mclaren lost both titles in 07, or the fact they were caught with ferrari date. And the fia could not have a world champ in a illegal car. being caught with Ferrari Data only cost them the constructors title, had nothing to do with the Drivers. Blackmail????????? the FIA knew Mclaren had the Ferrari data a long time before Alonso blackmaiiled them. so it wouldnt have made a difference, they still would have been thrown out of the constuctors title. and by the way is blackmail any different to lying in a FIA hearing. and then backing out and saying that a loyal Mclaren employee of 35 years (nearly twice as long as Lewis has been alive) made you say it and then let him take the fall for it????
