SOOOOOO tired of the anti american sh1t on this site.
Cant you people see further than the media. Probably not, thats why you all think we like NASCRAP and drink budweiser. Grow up people, the average human has an IQ lower than 100. meaning the majority of us are stupid and stupid people get to vote too.

Getting past national politics.....

These comments are about Bernie.....

As he get older, he seems to loose control of the brain-to-mouth filter that everyone of prominence should have. Now I honestly doubt he is a Hitler fan, but he simply doesn't express himself well enough to avoid stepping on his crank. I think it's simply ego that prevents him from recognizing that fact. Somebody needs to take him aside and convince him to retire before his poor judgment does even more damage to the sport.

GGR - I see what you mean. The UK voted for Tony Blair twice and we now have an unelected halfwit in charge.

"i'm guess you may be an american. the nation that voted for bush TWICE and arnie - nuff said. "

Please, not nearly enough said. Sure, plenty of us 'yanks' are idiotic sheep. The evidence is clear with both Bush and Arnie. Yet neither won with landslides, and more then half the voters chose otherwise in both cases. I'm a Yank, and a Californian. I didn't vote for Bush and I didn't vote for the Terminator.

Please give this country some credit for the vast numbers that are not on board with the right wing lunatics. I don't judge your country based on who is elected to office.

Thanks.

BTW, everyone knows that Bernie is an asshole. So who is really surprised?

@the yank - knew that would get you! :)

I think if Bernie hadn't named Hitler in his comment he might have got away with this. Perhaps if he had named Fidel Castro. He is less extreme and less likely to cause controversy and people tend to like him for his defiance to the west for so long.

I think this is pure PR to get people talking about something other than the FIA/FOTA shenanigans and Mosleys personnal life. And guess what? It's worked!!

The bigest flaw in the whole thing, as I have previously mentioned, is that Bernie is Jewish and he isn't likely to be a fan of Hitler is he?

andrewm - Face it dude. You've been outed as a right-wing, hairy-legged, skirt-wearing Scot who keeps his money in beaver fur purse and probably drinks French cognac to boot.

I never said I agree with Hitler. He was a madman and thankfully a one off. All I am saying is that I can see where Bernie is coming from. Bottom line: dictators get things done. Problem is the "things" tend to be dispicable.
