Hitler got a lot of things done. He built an economy based on making war with the world. He murdered over six million men, women and children. He destroyed the lives of tens of millions more. He ultimately led his country to absolute ruin and shame via his megalomania. An effective man, old Adolf. And for those who have to constantly bash the U.S., it's clear that you "enlightened" Europeans are so much smarter and more noble than us stupid, greedy Americans--at least from the little I can make out in your nearly illiterate and unreadable posts. Spare us your pathetic moral superiority and take comfort in the fact that we'll still help to bail you out when you appease the next Hitler.

Will that be after another 2-3 year cigarette break then? But of course we'll all be sat enjoying the view twiddling our thumbs until you show up..and when Uncle Sam does arrive, where is the guarantee he'll shoot in the right direction?

He is getting the fervour whipped up and a bit of controversy goes a long way to raising the profile!

Iam not condoning it, but please, see it for what it is!

And much to SOME peoples dislike, please lets keep race of these pages...AGAIN

I agree with Bernie. It's a fuss over nothing. The more recent and indeed the current crop of world leaders are no more creditable than Hilter.
The western world has no business in the middle-east.

Some people have tried to justify it by saying he's stirring the sh1t for a laugh to raise the profile of the sport but there is no way the head of the sports rights promoter should be coming out with such statements. The pair of them make me cringe.

He's entitled to his opinion but it's the last thing the sport needs and a telling insight into his mind...we already knew about Mosley.

He was right about the Iraq war tho, complete bag of sh1t but thats another story.

You love to hate Bernie, so do I, but he does have a point in saying hitler(right or wrong) did unify germany.
He also made it the powerhouse of europe.

BUT, he used it for his own inexcusable EVIL means.

We all know this(apart from Ahmedinejad)

Bernie is trying to say you need a dictatorship to sort out big problems. And i agree to an extent, but not when its the DICTATORSHIP creating the problems in the first place!!! :)

Well we have a dictator in the UK (took power without been voted in) and that system isn't working very well

Knowing his pals political leanings and the dark history attached to that from his dad and from previous events it makes uncomfortable reading, don't think Mercedes, BMW will think a lot of his comments either.

I do agree, But storm in a tea cup comes to mind.

Bernie is winding us up....
I do think its tongue in cheek, and i cant help feel its actually directed at Max!

Maybe he is stoking the fires for this weeks German GP.
Max really will be Persona non grata there(he missed last years remember) And pehaps this is BE's way of reminding ze germans....
ie. insensitively(the bernie way)
