Fffffffflawed WDC. Ferrari have had an unfair influnece in F1. Driving in to others was not the way to win. Ferrari influenced FIA and the results handed him the records.
It's just a very big pity that he's never said sorry for his cheating.

A true champ and representative of the sport. For me the races are duller without his fantasic drives and him jumping up and down on the podium.

Schumacher was a great champion. You can't argue with his level of success and to achieve the things he did proves what a talent he was - and probably still is.

Sure he did a few questionable things, but so have other past champions. It doesn't make it right, but it does show that drivers are only human and will at times make errors of judgement. Most F1 fans with some common sense will look at Schumachers career and know he was something special. Sure, it wasn't always exciting TV, but i'm glad I got to see his career unfold over the years.

I'm glad he retired when he did. I did'nt want him to get hurt racing. His records will last for years. He was the best driver in the very best car and he got the maximum out of it. I'm sure he could still outdrive Massa & Kimi. A bit boring yes, but pure man and machine!

Ive been A Michael fan for life. i absoultly love him. if he had stayed for 07 and 08 he would be a 9 time champ no question. and to those people who say he cheated and ran people of the road, Didnt Prost and Senna do the same thing? what makes Michael any different to them? :?

I would loved to have seen Schumi partner Hakkinen, his biggest foe.
In the wet he would no doubt have Hakkinen, but in the dry? The flying fin would annihilate schumi.
I also maintain without Brawn, Schumi may only be sitting with a couple of championships.

Great and special driver though!

Schumacher and Hakinen would have been an immense partnership. The problem would be that they were both amazing drivers and both extremely competitive. I would have like to have seen him win the championship then retire rather than have a duff year then retire but he is the best of the modern era.

I agree Ross helped Michael to win all those titles, but poeple forget he requested the team around him, and put a hell of a lot imput into the cars that made him Champion. Also remember, Ferrari had not won a title for 27 years! Micahel always, always, acknowledged the team around him. He is the best and will never be beaten in my lifetime. How I miss him.
