Good luck to him, he remains one of the top drivers, always up there and has almost matched Kubica who is considered one of the future superstars. But, world champion? Give me a break, he will struggle to win more than a few races let alone a world championship

Nick Heidfeld has admitted that he is considering options outside of BMW-Sauber for 2010 and beyond - as he eyes a prolonged future at the top level and retains a firm focus on F1 title glory.

I've always thought that Nick was a good driver. He certainly deserves to win races. His problem is that he is far too conservative in his approach. Finishing tons of races is all well and good, but what's the point if half the time he's out of the points? He needs to take some more risks.

He was supposed to drive for McLaren, he was on their young driver development program, but they went for Kimi instead. Probably not a bad decision.
