F1 commercial rights-holder Bernie Ecclestone appears to be acknowledging the importance of the sport not losing touch with its European roots, with Bulgaria the latest country to be vying for a spot on the annual schedule.

Hopefully it will be at a god track which will allow racing and overtaking unlike the sterile non-descript rubbish which seems to be favoured at the moment. As long as F1 still goes to Spa, Interlargos, Donington and the Nurburgring that's the main thing.

I'm sure Bulgaria buys a lot of Mercs, Ferraris, BMW's or Mc Larens... What about Ethiopia and Sudan for the next future F1 destinations? Surely some customers there!
