If you can't afford to play with the big boys, then just pick up your little pail and shovel and leave the sandbox. If you choose to be in F-1 then be prepared for what it will take to compete.
Further to this, had Max and Co. not mucked about the rules CONTINUOUSLY for the past years, costs would NOT have escalated to the level we see today. Rule changes, Max's statements not withstanding, are NEVER 'free'. I say dump the FIA/FOM and go forward with control of your OWN destiny....who needs Max and his jack-booted Brown-shirts ? Strike NOW FOTA, while you still can.

F1 » FOTA may need to build bridges to scrap budget cap

FOTA may need to build some bridges if it is to successfully do away with the F1 budget cap, Max Mosley has suggested - with unanimous agreement required to see the initiative scrapped.

MM and BE can only operate/function if there is a divide between the teams,If there is no divide they make sure there is one,This way of doing things has been there/going on for all to see,Why do they operate/function in such a way?It's simple,Because the way they operate/function is contaminated,There is no honesty in what they say or do.
MM and BE should never be separated in whatever is said or done regarding F1 matters by one or the other as they are each an arm in one body,Somtimes it's BE'S body and sometimes it's MM'S body,I am sure that no one of them can operate/function without the other.

How can the rules allow the rules to be changed without any agreement by the teams now requires full agreement by all the teams to revert? If Max can set the rules on his own, why doesn't he continue his control?

@spinmaster...

I agree with you 100% and have been expressing similar opinions for sometime, much to the derision of many of the posters on this forum. You have been able to express this opinion more succinctly than I managed to and I'm pleased to see many are finally coming to realise what the real situation is regarding these two governing bodies.

spinmaster, are you also "autogiro"?? you should read up on your motoring history. ferrari build road cars to fund their racing activities, not the other way around!! andrew, i may be an old fogey and suitable for your fogey f1 team, but yes, i do actually drive a bmw, and my previous car was also a bmw, but i didnt buy these because of their f1 participation, just because they are well engineered cars. and i must say that i have not found myself a different driver just becaus i have a bmw! if renault or merc made a car as good, then i would possibly drive that
