It's astonishing to me that anyone with sense puts up with the FIA/Max Mosley.

The FIA has plainly stated that the FOTA teams are not enrolled for the 2010 Championship and as such they are not bound to Max's antics anymore.

I would like to see proof of these 'two' notices from Max to Luca that they have been stressing.

Is it me or did the FIA conveniently leave out the point that the 8 FOTA teams only had observer status at the SWG and were not allowed to take part in any negotiations???
