Wasn't BAR going really fast in 04 or 05 under Willis's development before they dropped him? Then they dropped right back.

Hope that doesn't happen again. It's great having the private teams (if you can call RB a private team) showing some proper pace.

UUUmmmm, this will be interesting to see what happens going forward. Willis does all the innovations, puts the procedures in place and is then released. Can those that remain continue to innovate and keep the team moving in the right direction?

I didn't get your point FreQ about RBR not being a private team... they aren't a manufacturer of motor vehicles so what did you mean?

Well they are a private team. But they are big enough/financed well enough to be called a big team :)

What on earth are you on about? I think what you really mean is they are an independant team, and the size of their bank balance does not change that fact. Your statement is therefore as redundant as the unfortunate Geoff Willis.

I do however agree that there is a risk that RBR will suffer a downturn as a result of divesting itself of GW's services.
