Crikey,

His injuries were worse than 1st thought, fractured skull, been put in an artifical coma to reduce brain swelling.

Looked nasty when I saw the reply, reminds of an incident when a camera came of come ones car and smashed the steering arm of Bergers Ferrari (I think), a few inches higher and it would have killed him.

Hope Felipe is ok, fingers crossed he'll come through fine. Very unlucky but also lucky considering last weeks events.

Regardless of all the safety changes to the cars and the tracks, freak accidents still happen!
Get well Soon Felipe and we all hope to see you safe and well soon!

suz46. I do not wish to start a post of adverse comments about a very tragic accident but grow up for once and stop putting down a team that has had its fair share of F1 losses. This is about a human being and we can well do without your negative comments about a team that can do no right in your eyes.At least try to send your comments in English and spell FELIPES name correct.Let us all hope for some good news tommorow.

Luciano Burti just came back from the hospital and pointed out that Felipe is NOT in "life threatening" condition (in contrast to what AP released an hour ago)
