Badoer is something like 2s a lap slower than Raikkonen/Massa. FA is scared to loose out against Raikkonen.

Also, let's join in this childish behaviour:

Normally I disagree with Lauda but MS returing to F1 in its time of need is what is really warranted. I'd love to MS take on the grid and do damn well again...

Have to agree with Hannah here, Davidson would be ideal. Good developer, Ferrari needs that right now, who might not be on par with Kimi in terms of raw pace but certainly won't make a fool of himself. Don't know if it's possible though. With his F1 experience and proven ability to quickly lift any team he's been in I think Pantano would be a great option too. There's a handful of other names I can think of - Sato or Klien might be useful for the same reasons as Davidson. As for young blood maybe Senna could get a call too. Di Grassi has links to Renault so that seems unlikely. Maybe they could try snatching Sutil or possibly even Heidfeld, who probably won't be at BMW next season anyway...

Bruno Senna? I doubt Schumacher will do it, but then again who knows. I don't see Renault letting Alonso move, at least not for anything less than a huge chunk of money. Maybe they will just use one of the test drivers, since Ferrari have said they are going to concentrate on the 2010 car anyway, they have essentially written off getting any championships in 2009, so why not use a test driver and just get to work on the 2010 car.

Forget Ferrari test drivers, Schumacher or Bourdais.....has anybody thought that with Alonso potentially out of the next GP, the opportunity is there for Alonso to make the jump now, and use an escape clause in his contract....it has to be the more viable option.
