I really don't know why he can't race in Valencia to be honest, as it's still about a month away.

I love this news. Hope next year he will be on fire to fight and take away the world championship. If Kimi going to WRC, Ferrari have a decent car, Schummy help him in the second car. I don't think Hamilton, Vettel, or what so ever could challange him. But that is all "IF".

I doubt MS would ever help another driver out unless he has no chance of the championship himself (like with Irv in '99).

If MS does suprisingly start the season next year alongside Massa, then we'll have to see who's ahead after 10 races.

Rest and get better Felipe!

Massa should be ready for Valencia as he's got plenty of time to recover. The talk that he may take the rest of the season off is just to pump Schummy's return since many think he is more exciting to watch (understandbly so however i personally disagree). No doubt it will be good for F1 ratings to have MS back on track, it probably will be the the most watched race in a long time if not ever. However if I were Massa i'd be fighting to take my seat back ASAP. He's a driver fighting for points who wants to race and can do very well, regardless of Bernie pumping MS's return which will fatten his pockets quite nicely.
Go Massa, have a quick recovery and get back in your seat. Good Luck.

No way for Massa to be in Valencia. No chance doctors give approval so soon. He can not afford to take another head shot or wreck in the near future. His head was not the only problem as his internals took a beating as well.

Even without wrecking he probably would not be ready to handle the G force. He probably will not be able to train much so even if he is healthy he may not be in shape for it.
