Why doesn't Mario Theissen simply go to his branch of Credit Suisse, withdraw all the money and spend it on an enormous party for the F1 circus with fireworks, lap dancers, loud music and gallons of free booze. Hell, he could even throw in a white tiger show from Siegfried & Roy.

That way the BMW cars will still be at the back of the grid for the rest of the season BUT the difference being we will remember the BWM-Sauber team for actually doing something interesting.
