Pure tabloid speculation YET AGAIN!

Is this from an actual source such as Massa himself or Ferrari? I very much doubt it.

I hope so. The paddock isn't the same without him.

It would be great to see him back but I hope he doesn't push himself too much.He shouldn't rush his recovery. The paddock is a lot more boring without him. Get Well Soon Felipe!

If Schumacher can't recover after his injury I doubt Felipe will this season. It would be great to see you back but take your time.

ferrari#1. schumis injury is totally different, fractured vertebrae! flips accident was very serious but in the end, whilst serious, it sems to have done no long term damage. it would be great to have him back, and as he does not remenber the accident, it would appear to him that there is no reason why not to resume racing. however, getting into the car, may bring back a memeory, and if so, he should be brave enough to call off a return. so he can fully recover. good luck flip!

As much as I would love to see Felipe return this season, I would rather he made a complete recovery with minimal chance of the injuries sustained causing any lasting damage.
Felipe is one of the good guys in F1 and is sorely missed by many people, I'm sure he'll make the right decision when it comes down to it and get 100% support in whatever that decision is from his team and fans.
Get well soon but don't rush it Felipe! XXX

Niki Lauda was back racing only 6 weeks after his near fatal crash at the German GP in 1976... Suffering extensive burns - and having even been administered the last rites - after a little reconstructive surgery, 'King Rat' finishing fourth on his return to the cockpit for the Italian GP...

not a good idea filipe . I suspect this is ferrari in the background making him feel like he is letting the side down as they have no viable replacement driver. He needs to recover fully. If he has another accident so soon after this one , which is very possible in F1 he may not be as lucky as he was last time.Dont do it filipe.Sit at home and watch the race.It doesnt make any difference as ferrari's season is sunk anyway, so why take the risk ?javascript:insertTextCursor('comment',%20':?')

True - Filipe doesn't have anything to gain - and lots to lose by returning... Lauda was leading the championship when he crashed, finally losing out by 1 point to James Hunt... The crash, followed by the 2 races he missed, cost him the championship...

cupid, why make a conspiracy out of this? flip is his own man and he is the type of person who has a lot of rubber spheres. his life is racing and i would be 100% confident, that it is totally his own desire that is driving his wish to return. ferrari have NEVER put pressure on an injured driver to return. rubens, i am sure, could confirm massas desires, as he has been with him recently!

Massa should stay away until next season fully recover before comin back , Perhaps Ferrari should think about putting bourdais in the car , he knows this years cars and the ferrari engine and it would stick one up Torro Rosso who refused to let Schumi test this years car !!
