Seriously andrew,

How does Rubinho deserve it more than Button?
This is the 2009 WDC we are talking about right?
Buttons first half of the season was stunning. the last 3 gp he has been off the boil but the tables dont lie now do they?

How does he deserve it more? Well, he has less time left in F1 so less chances, he was forced to play a supporting role to Schumi at Ferrari instead of fighting for a title for himself, and he's a talented driver that is still doing all he can to get best results. And as everyone else seems to have caught on to Brawn, Button seems nowhere, like he was in all years past.

Dario,

There was a subtle hint in my comments that this is the 2009 Championship???!!!!!
This is not HELP THE BLEEDIN AGED!
Barrichelo has been overshadowed by Button. If you think He shuld get a WDC crown for being experienced well then so do Patrese, De ceaseris et al!
What a mug!

Still a few races to go yet and things can change exceptionally quickly...whomever claims the title come the end of the season will have scored more points and ultimately deserve the title...look forward to battles from 4-5 drivers as next year we might not be so lucky and the title could well be decided by 1/4 the way through.
