according to the article mallya actually sounds like a team owner who is really interested in his team being happy and motivated for the right reasons and not expecting the world from anyone who is not motivated enough (flavio should try this type of management)

YOUr right about Vijay, having met him a couple of times I can say that he is very team orientated and a good motivator or people....

Dont let this blind you to the fact though that he is a very hard businesman and doesnt suffer fools or take any prisoners.

If the team does well he will be the first to reward them in his own way, but with a car that is performing he wont forgive silly mistakes either....
