This could be a mastermind tactical decision in terms of the championship, but again it could be chaotic, but it shouldn't be too bad there's not as many gear changes at Monza compared to somewhere like Valencia or Hungary so it may survive, will be interesting to find out.

I think this is a bad decision, the gearbox is going to have to last this race and the next 2 gp to escape a 5 place grid drop. If they are worried about it now what will it be like after two more races and two more qualifying sessions. If they had changed it now knowing all the fuel loads the loss would be minimal.
