I wasn't sure what to think about this whole episode at first, but it's starting to look a bit more than a disgruntled young driver telling tales.

Pat Symonds is one of the F1 characters that I've always had a lot of respect for, as a mere spectator. Like Patrick Head and Peter Sauber he comes across as a hard worker who isn't wrapped up in all the glitter and glamour of the sport but is in it because he loves it.

I truly hope that this chap isn't wrapped up in all the nonsense going on between the distasteful Briatore and hopeless Little Nelson, but after reading the transcript I fear that he is.

Alonso knew as well. He knows everything. Always has.

Mike - max has already said it is to late to alter last years championship so the result stands as it is.
