Theissen's failed miserably with BMW as an engine supplier to Williams and failed again when BMW thought they could do it better on their own - don't think I'd keep him if I was the new financial backer of Sauber

I dont think its Theissens fault.

Williams had a great engine in the Beemer V10 but a rubbish car! And BMW Sauber is in effect Sauber and what did they do for the previous 1o years? at least they won a race right? Improvement over the old makes him okay if not special.

The Ferrari engine only seems to work in a Ferrari these days with Torro Rosso being permantly at the back. Will this be the return of Sauber Ferrari or Petronas? They were comming along nicely before BMW ruined the team.

Johnsons, appreciate that, mentioning engines, have you read what MM quietly skidded at the WMSC while the Renault case was going on? The manufacturers can equalize engines but by detuning dawn the top ones, as you seem to have understood my explanation last time you can easily make out that what he is asking for is that the top one/s make their engine/s less real able on the two week ends so that they will have to reduce their maximum rpm past the half way mark which is what makes them more powerful. As if this is not the case then the best engine/s to day have found power against his rules. In short, who ever have an advantage to day can run the engine at maximum power speed for longer.

Yes sunny, get it...BUT...If other teams are privy to seeing or telling the FIA how to detune the Benz unit, Mercedes will be screwed really! All for having an advantage!!!
The Message here is "do well and we will penalise you"

Where was Max between 2000-2004? Schumis 4 titles on the trot had more to do with the car than anything else! ferrari had the best car but what was done to equalise it? Nought!!!

I will wait till next season before i draw my conclusions. I sense it will not be F1 anymore and sadly at that!

'My own future will be decided after the end of the season'

With Renault F1 holding off bringing in a new Team Principal until the end of the season, maybe they're waiting for Mario to become available......
