For anybody having the slightest doubt about the real intended aim/move/motive of the FIA/MM, what the FIA/MM is saying/just skidded through at the WMSC regarding the engine equalization by detuning down the strongest/most powerful, it can only be achieved by making the engine less real able, which in turn will mean removing the ability/advantage of using maximum power speed for longer mileage inside the 1500km the engines are used for during a two race week ends.
All the above, which I have no doubt about, is provided the most powerful got were they are legally.
