benzini, for once, justice has prevailed.
barro, button, alonso and sutil have been given five place grid drop for not lifting off. ross brawn himself admitted that his drivers had not lifted. very poor show!
buemi also got five place drop, for having the accident!!!!?????!!!!

Barichello has already told us that he and Jenson have the same amount of fuel onboard, so a great showing by Rubens.

Also nice to know that the 2 Brawns are getting equal treatment as promised!

Seems to me, given that you need a flying lap time to precede an actual one, that when they have a red flag, they should add 2minutes back in. It obviously screwed up a lot of folks today.

OK, so apparently Heidfeld, Kubica, Alonso, Button, Barrichello and Sutil were all called by the FIA. Alonso has said that he was called because he overtook Buemi under the yellow flags, but thinks he'll get away with it coz Buemi was clearly in the wrong, he shouldn't have carried on in the state his car was in.

Could we see a total reshuffle of qualy results?:?

At least they are using the rules , in spa last year they invented a new rule to penalise Hamilton and I don't think they've implemented it this year...
Despite the obvious corruption in F1 it will be interesting to see if they follow the rules of the sport on this one. Alonso should be ok though as the other guy shouldn't have been on the track and judging from his post race sheepishness I reckon he know it also..

Sure your not cheating Button you went full speed through a yellow flag zone, so have shown absolutely no respect for the rules or safety of others, send him to the back of the grid, and Barrichello for that matter they both cheated/disobeyed the rules whatever you want to call it.
