Classic bull**** red tape, just let the Japanese guy have a race, what's the sense in not having a full grid?? It's Toyota's home race too

Are you kidding? Rules get broken a hell of a lot in F1 - just depends which team it is. Kobayashi is nothing special, but he should have been allowed to race to keep a full grid. If we can put up with Sato for years, we can cope with this guy for one race.
