i feel quite sorry for him actually, considering your both right his team are just saying that to the press when in actuall fact they have prob been talking to kimi as long as it became the paddock secret about ferrari and alonso.

I like the guy but even I think he should be replaced by someone worthy/faster.

I'm amazed that mclaren are soo patience with him. Looks like whitmarsh management style differs a lot from dennis.

I like Heikki, but he's not quick enough. Certainly not for McLaren. They will sign up Kimi, or Rosberg, or possibly Webber if Kimi goes to Red Bull. Heikki will end up with whoever is prepared to take him on. Mercedes I heard were trying to get him in at Force India.

kovi could shine in another team where he was given top status. he came to mclaren as a definite number 2, and this has caused problems for him, often having to run heavier and less developed car. quite demoralizing for anyone.

Richard: a definite number 2, and this has caused problems for him, often having to run heavier and less developed car

Having to run the heavier car? If he could keep pace with LH then he would only need to be carrying one additional lap of fuel. When he has been put on a long-running strategy it is to try to give him a chance that he wouldn't have if he stuck to the predictable strategies

Less developed car? That's just not true. What bits have they fitted to LH's car that haven't also been fitted to HK's? There was one race where LH drove the SWB and HK the older version but that was more a case of LH testing an unproven part rather than getting a more developed part.

Hahaha Mosley Sore Buttocks

Spot on observation!!!

A man can make a difference over one lap... As Heikki has shown. But over a race the true picture emerges as to who gets what at McLaren. Mercedes and Heikki are better off elsewhere :-o

You believe all that Mclaren tell you?

In Turkey, for exampl Heikki was in a totally different Chassis to Lewis. How many other Races does lewis get the "front wing upgrade" This isnt Lewis' fault, just the inherent lack of respect Mclaren have for No.2's.

If you want to argue, ask Blundell Coulthard Montoya Alonso(booted disgracefully to no2 when they found hamilton could live with him) and now Kova.

Its in the fabric of Mclaren, this is indisputable!
