I can see why kimi would to go to rbr, it would mean free red bull to go with his vodka. Awesome!

This sounds pretty plausible to me - An Adrian Newey-designed race winning car, a definite shot at the championship for 2010, Red bull get a proven race winner and champion, someone who won't blow his chances like Webber, a great image of a driver beyond the racetrack (let's draw a veil over his press conferences.) But most importantly Kimi won't have to look like he's taking a step backwards in his career by going back to a team he already left. Oh and he won't have to have that Prima Donna that is Lewis as his teammate.

It would be great if kimi moved to red bull..
if he goes to mclaren,he will under the shadow of lewis hamilton for sure. Its pretty evident from the liegate incident that
mclaren=hamilton..(and his dad of course)..
And webber would be great at mclaren,the perfect no 2 they need..

brendan, your figures are haywire. i didnt realise that mclaren had won 9 wdcs in the last 10 years.
further, redbull have not been on the scene very long and have rapidly improved their cars.
i didnt see that one coming, but webber and vettel have both got contracts for next year, so presumably webber would be for the chop???? but i really dont think that this move is on.

There are more teams to enter F1 next year and everybody is looking at excisting teams? All the good drivers will get seats next year. ferrari was stupid to let kimi go, how can you let the fastest guy on the track be asked to leave? Ferrari should get rid of Massa. But I hope Kimi shows ferrari next year and wins the Championship....Go Kimi !!

This is not really news. Kimi will go to the highest bidder. McL would like him but cannot meet his wage demands - still the highest in the business. It would be a coup for Red bull or Toyota as Kimi is top quality. If Kimi still wants a shot at WDC he should go to McL but I think he more interested in boosting his cashflow

This is a great rumor. I like it. Real or not, the idea of Vettel and the Kimster in the same cars sounds like a lot of fun.
