Well that's the downside reduced budgets, now drives will be 'affordable' again for rich paying drivers. Fauzy Petrov and Piquet are in contention for a ride as 2008 GP2 champion Pantano is not even in contention for a test! Like them or not, but Alguesuari, Grosjean, Buemi and Luizzi are in F1 because someone is thinking they have talent deserve a chance, not because they pay for it! Remember Gaston Mazzacane: the guy went to Formula 1 without ever winning a race in F3 or F3000. I think we will have more of that in the future.

The way these new teams believed by some to be much needed for the well being of F1 but by MM to be the best weapon to hit FOTA with, will operate in a way that will get them both drivers for free, one will pay for both, some if not all of these pay drivers will never hope to make it into F1 if it wasn't for the money they bring with them.
