I think he's kind of missing the point. New teams were accepted into F1 by Max only if they signed a Cosworth engine deal. Those such as Prodrive and
N-Technology who were going with a different engine manufacturer were told to p*** off. The selection process was just as corrupt as everything else to do with the FIA. I hope N-Technology succeed with their legal challenge. USF1 are in the sport now, fine. But Manor and Campos over Lola and Prodrive?? The whole thing stinks.

He's talking sense, isn't he? It is F1, you can't just cobble it together and walk right in.

Having said that, I feel for teams who were drawn by the promise of a cheaper F1 following massive cost reducing measures that have been dropped after a bun fight. Mauro Sipsz said that the hopeful entrants had been used as 'pawns' to break deadlock in the FIA-FOTA arguments and it is hard to disagree with that. I suppose that being eaten by sharks when sticking toes in the water is also part of F1, but as with so many things in this sport it does seem wasteful.

Like Manor Motorsport, it seems Windsor is happy to stoop down to do a deal with the Devil, just to get into F1.

Max Moseleys stooges got the F1 slots because they took his pet Cosworth engines instead of the Manufacturers engines that already exist and are proven. Just to add insult to injury, many of these Teams wasted millions preparing bids, only for Max to blatantly move the goalposts at the last minute and state that a Cosworth engine was a necessity.

They are cheats and I wish a pox on them. A Faustian pact that they will forever be burdened with that has already sown the seeds of their downfall.

It's become apparent F1 is made up of a pretty corrupt lot. I thought with the new entries things might be cleaned up. Silly me!

FIA was listed as arrogant and embarrassed in the N.Technologies court hearing. It business as usual with max and it will carry over with todt.

Alex summed it up perfectly.

The guy is a joke, his soundbites over the last few months have been laughable at times.

He said they have been working on the team for 5 years. From where the pits? Five years to get a couple computers and a building. Bull crap. I believe very little that comes out of Windsor's mouth. And down playing Cosworth scandal makes him dumb as well. It stinks to the high heavens.

What I simply fail to understand is how the governing body of F1 get away with acting in such a dictatorial manner?! In any other sport such massive late changes in rules relating to entry and historic undertakings given over associated operating costs would cause an outcry! Hopefully the N-Tech Team that will prove the obvious illegality in the alterations made to the enhanced 2010 grid?

With Teams like Prodrive replaced as a potential entrant by either untested or little known alternates, there is every likelihood of two tier races throughout next year with the new entrants being well off the pace of established runners. This is fine until you get to circuits where much slower cars wi
