I am glad that Canada is provisionally on the 2010 calendar, I just hope it isn't removed. I'm looking forward to seeing all new teams and Ihope BMW can get back on the grid

F1 » F1 2010 calendar altered

Teams' fears regarding the logistical challenge of back-to-back grands prix in Monaco and Turkey in F1 2010 look set to be allayed by a date change for the former...

Glad to see Montreal back on the Calendar. Now how about a race in the US as well? (please not at Indy though)

In any case, I thought Spa was out because of neighbor complaints and a judgement ruling that they couldn't race on Spa until 2017 or something... I hope it's on, as it is BY FAR the best track out there...

Pity about the rubbish street circuits monaco, singapore and valencia. Pity the Nurburgring isn't on the calander and hopefully the British GP will be at Donington.

When's that * going to disappear? Really would like to see Canada permenantly on the calender

Spa, the best track of the season, is still up, but for how long

Portimao must be on the calender soon though, is much much better than Valencia (although it doesn't take much!) as well as many others on that list.

Yes, agree...bring back the US GP but please... what about Laguna Seca? One of the best and most challenging tracks in the US.
Agree that Singapore and Valencia suck but please... Monaco is fantastic...I love it!
And yes...SPA, SPA, SPA!!!! Hope it NEVER leaves the F1 calendar.

So Turkey is being put back a week because its a long way from Monaco. But there is only a week between Australia and Malaysia, and Singapore and Japan which are a darned sight further apart. Canada can't stay in the calendar long if it's the only race in N America. I thought the FIA wanted to cut costs, or is Bernie subsidising the travel costs ? What a stupid question ! There are several great tracks in the US but there all have issues with either noise and use restrictions, safety levels and pit facilities that scare away F1 teams, and let's face it, most Amercians find F1 boring when stacked against NASCAR or Indycars, and it's getting to the point were I am agreeing.

I agree with Paul Buckland - there are many great historical F1 tracks in the US that can be considered but with today's speeds and other "improvements" those good old tracks find themselves on the outs when being considered for F1. That is too bad.
