Medals, Jenson would have things wrapped up by Singapore........Season over very very early and we all switch off !!

Leave the points system he with the most points is the best driver QED!!

With the medals system, Red Bull would have used a new engine on each of the 8 tracks where they had best chance of winning and made no effort to conserve them for the other 9 races. It might have put them closer to the Brawns in the medals, but it wouldn't have made for better racing.

These statements are made by the same person who before Brazil said Button should do it "in style" as in: "winning the race" even if it meant no points in Brazil to win Abu Dhabi with everything on the line.

Button didn't take enough risks at this last GP? For someone who didn't need to, his overtakes were, to say the list, kind of "reckless" (not in the sense of being dangerous for the drivers, but for the championship itself).

With that being said, this old man has ran out of credit a long time ago, maybe he should realize he's wealthy enough to live comfortably and enjoy the rest of his life. And in doing so, stop making silly statements too...

Does anyone get fed up with the C*ap that BE keeps spouting. He seems to contradict himself every 5 minutes. When will he ****** off. There is a Commercial Rights holder for all other forms of motorsport such as WRC, however I don't even know who they are as they don't keep butting into the running of the sports and I wish the same would happen in F1. I don't care what BE thinks or MM. These 2 have done more to tarnish the name of F1, I just want to watch some decent races on the track with o outside interference or bone idea's about medals.

I actually like the idea of the medal system. It is just daft that a driver can have say 1 win and another driver can have say 6 wins and the one with 1 win, wins the WDC. I would like to see points for the fastest lap and pole position.
