Flav - best of luck. Demolish the FIAsco Autocracy an become a hero to legions of F1 fans and small children. Give M. Whiplash a good trashing and a lifetime ban for motorsports and the FIA.

PS - Do not misconstrue this support for your quest as a personal endorsement. I really don't care for you even if, as DC says, you have a "very tidy ass." I suspect that it has been dragging a bit of late.

good comment, yank. but what is most noticable is that the charges make NO mention of the event, only the punishment! but i really do hope that facts come into the public domain, as i have alwys maintained that there is a lot more to be revealed.

It'll be a dark day for F1 if Briatore's ban is lifted. The guy is guilty as sin and deserves the punishment that he got.

Sadly I have no faith what-so-ever in the FIA and the WMSC and due to who Briatore's friends are I am sure he will be let off the hook.

andrew. you seem to be forgetting that briatore has not been "tried" for anything, yet. so how can he be guilty? it is your personal opinion, but everyone has a right to treated as innocent until "proven" guilty. that is why i hope that more facts will emerge. after all, how can fia decide on a punishment, before a hearing, and without even hearing the full evidence! i still dont know whether briatore was behind the alledged event or not, but would not condemn him without a trial.

Everyone gets to come back to F1. No matter what you do. Flav will be back and like others on the board I prefer to hear the actual facts. Not the ones Max drew up. Everybody gets immunity but Flav. Monkey court.

One will easily get confused if he cannot factor the poster in.
Somebody writes, the guy is as guilty as sin and deserves the punishment he got, of course by the FIA/WMSC. But then he says that he sadly have no faith what so ever in the FIA/WMSC.
