uh oh ! Both teams powered by Mercedes...

Interesting situation... Would McLaren be trying to kill its embarrassing competitor by snipping its #1 driver?

First Raikonen, now Button. Are the media just going to keep chucking names around until one eventually sticks?

Button would wipe the floor with Hamilton thanks to his smooth driving style and his ability to preserve the tires longer than Hamilton who is an aggressive driver.

Got to agree with suzukitudor. Hamilton will whip him most weekends. Don't think this would be Buttons best move.

It's not like he's skint or anything, I think he would be better to stay with Brawn.

i don't quite understand how a smooth driving style would help his fuel???? he would probably get the same MPG as hamilton.

Hmm, could be a good call for him. I think with the lack of refueling in 2010 this could play into buttons hands as he is good on controlling tyre wear, whereas Hamilton still drives like he stole it, which is great to watch, but heavy in tyre wear.
Be great to have an all brit team though?.

Lewis is smoother, just think back to his victory at a rain lashed ice rink like Silverstone. He is more of a 'racer'. Personally I loved the way he crashed out of third at Monza. A proper racer, quick and not content to settle for just a podium. And I'm no mega Lewis fan, just stating it the way I see it. Jenson's a nice bloke but...... in a deathmatch scenario you would have to go with Lewis.

That would be a surefire way to make him
look average!!

Go on Jenson, I'm sure Lewis would welcome
the challenge!
