I didn't like the look of the McLaren when it came out, but they've turned it into quite a beautiful car. Great pic

Both teams dropped the ball with the cars at the start of the year.
McLaren though, kept working and improved the car whereas Ferrari blamed Kimi Raikkonen.

McLaren gave Ferrari every opportunity to pass them this weekend, but they couldn't even beat McLaren with one car out of the race.

As McLaren have said the regulations aren't so different next year, as they were from last year so any development done on this car should carry over to next year.

Has to be said, that they were gifted 3rd by Ferrari only having 1 competant driver in the car and he was asleep half the time plus Ferrari stopped developing their car quite some time ago so 3rd for this shower was pretty much guaranteed. Bit of a hollow victory really.

I don't think "gifted," would be the right word andrew mac. Ferrari decided to give up and I mean GIVE UP on their 2009 car whereas McLaren didn't. While Felipe's accident at Hungary was unfortunate his replacement Fisi disappointed and in the end Ferrari lost 3rd place due to some decision makings by made by Ferrari's team principal Stefano Domenicali. Had Jean Todt been there maybe they would still be at the top.

Andrew- That's right keep finding ways to bring McLaren down  you realise that they also beat both Toyota and Williams who should've done well this season?
