Button should be praying at the alter of his double diffuser. Because without it he would not be WDC. The first 6 races cemented his championship, when Brawn had the advantage. After that we all know what happened, they had to hang on! I noticed Jenson is already downplaying next year, saying Mclaren & Ferrari will be strong next year, duh! of course they will be Jenson! The honeymoon is over! No more DD advantage, mate! I will be seeing u in the midfield in 2010 where u belong!!!

Why all the Hostility? Do people in Crash hate all the Champion's after they won the WDC? It happened when Kimi won it in 07, then with Lewis in 08, Now Jenson in 09.. If all of them don't deserve to be champion then who does? Every year in F1, a team or two has a huge advantage over the Rest, ( D-Diffuser or Not )... This year BrawnGP and RedBull has the Advantage.. last year it's the Ferrari and the Mclaren's.. Every Champion Deserve his/her Championship by winning more or collecting more points.. that is what JB has done, if he still don't deserve the WDC then maybe fans just vote on who will be the WDC and f**k the rule book... I bet Lewis will win cause he is the most popular.

Refreshingly, Button was talking candidly, rather than the usual "PR Speak" so often trotted out nowadays. But inevitably the 'sour-grapes' brigade have got to snipe and sneer.
Well done Button - it's really good to have another British World Champion.

I am extremely proud of Jenson, and winning in such style. Not one of us on here can even possibly begin to understand the stress and strain that he has gone through this year. He was open and candid in this report and it should be welcomed, not belittled. Yes, his car was a bit of a dog at the end of the year, but he deserved to win and has proven that he is only mortal and suffers with the same stresses that happen to normal people. It will be interesting to see what happens next year, but then, thinking back, how many of us thought that Brawn would emerge to be so dominant! One never knows what is going to happen, and that is half of the appeal! That and the fit young men! Woof!

And has anyone seen that video from Hamilton regarding the "Loan" of the F1 crown to JB. What a cocky little ****! That guy gets up my nose worse than Schuey used to. OK, he is good, when he is in a good car, but he has no guts when times are tough, is a cocky little ****** and I would just love to wipe that grimey little smirk off his face.
